Cancellation & refund policy
Same-day cancellations without notice, or cancellations after your cleaner has arrived, are non-refundable — the deposit is forfeited as a cancellation fee.
If your cleaner cancels or does not show up, your deposit will be refunded in full within 3–5 business days.
